Dance

on dysfunctional
days.
Blow
their petals
and your cares
away.
Wind up
with the wind
as it parts your
waves,
As you
Dance
with dandelions
on dysfunctional
days.
Dance

Blow
their petals
and your cares
away.
Wind up

Confusion is
Nothing new
When the road traveled
Runs through the heart.
Interlocking pieces of
Thought and Memory
That fall in together
To create a picture
Of a past
That never was.
The pieces always seem
To fit together so perfectly
Until viewed and placed
By anothers’ hand.
And then thought and memory
Fall apart by their
Insight of truth.
Puzzle pieces
That never truly fit together,
Only joined by force
To create Life
As we wish it to be,
The perfect picture
We will never put together.
I’m always deep.
Sometimes into thought,
Rarely into life,
And always into memories.
is the best thing to keep
in one’s lie when finally found;
it has a tendency to cover
your bruises when you fall.
Everyone here
Can make me go
And never make me stay.
I’m looking for someone
To call my own,
Who’ll never go away.
Words are like trips to the stars…
Always falling at their end.
The loveless heart
Hides its shadows
In memories pasted
On the walls.
It drowns its sorrows
In bowls of blood,
And hides
In bathroom stalls.
All the Men
Resigned to Lust
As all their Horses
Turned to Dust.
Did he throw it
all away
For the closing of
the tides?
No, he bore it all away
For the man to come inside.
